Fin & Frost is Kenzi — one person, one kitchen, a deliberately short order book.
The name
Where it comes from
The Fin is for sharks.
Kenzi’s love of sharks started when she was a kid, watching Shark Week with her family and seeing Jaws for the first time. It never really stopped. Documentaries, books, random facts, and the slightly alarming number of shark details she can work into a conversation have all been part of the story ever since.
The Frost is for baking.
That started early too. Kenzi grew up fascinated by the creativity and detail behind shows like Cake Boss, especially the way something simple could become completely original with enough imagination and care. Cakes, cupcakes, pastries—it all caught her attention. Before long, baking became such a big part of her world.
Fin & Frost is where those two lifelong loves meet.
A little bold, a little playful, and always made with intention. Every order is a chance to create something personal, memorable, and completely your own.

How we work
Small batches, on purpose
Everything is baked to order, which puts a hard ceiling on volume and a high floor on quality.
A few dozen, not a few hundred
Every order is scheduled by hand around what else is in the oven, so nothing sits waiting and nothing gets rushed.
Iced one at a time
Cookies and cake edges are piped by hand.
